Knitted resistance bands are designed with latex rubber woven into the elasticised cotton, making the band more durable, comfortable, whilst providing a wide range of motion. Each set is made up of 3 different levels of resistance, light, medium and heavy.

Blue: 120lb light.
Grey: 150lb medium.
Black: 200lb heavy.
Bands are washable.
