PROCESSING AND DELIVERY
It is important to understand that our ordering processing times are in addition to the shipping times which are calculated at the checkout.
All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Orders will be delivered via a registered courier and will require a signature.
All orders must be addressed to a street address. We do not ship to PO BOX, Parcel Collects/Lockers etc. Extra costs encountered for any re-deliveries will be payable by the customer.
All freight charges are automatically calculated at the Checkout page.

HOW DO I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.
